organic cotton tees & sweatshirts that is meant to spread happy vibes with
fun, vibrant prints. We think it is like color therapy for the soul.
We are proud to feature the playful, limited edition print designs of
independent female artists from all over the world.
We believe in women supporting women, ethical production, sustainability, inclusivity,
and love + respect for all. Each product is the result of the heads, hands and hearts

WORK+SHELTER is an ethical sourcing and cut + sew business in Delhi, India that was
founded in 2011 by social entrepreneur, Theresa VanderMeer, who believes that business
can be a vehicle for positive social and environmental change.
WORK+SHELTER employs over 50 women in need, providing them with fair + living wages,
a steady income, a safe working environment, health care + dental screenings, education,
career growth and financial freedom. This allows the women to support themselves, their dreams
and those of their families, and also of generations to come!
